Our Mums & Dads program offers parents a chance to have an hour to focus on their fitness and wellbeing while their little ones are looked after by our team of nannies in our on-site childcare support.
Our trusted team of nannies will look after your little ones in our on-site crèche in the facility, away from the gym floor, to give you peace of mind that your little one is being looked after while you get to work on the box floor.

All of our membership options include free childcare for the class you attend, expert coaching from our team who all have experience coaching parents and programming to get you stronger, fitter and healthier. You will also become a part of the CrossFit Weyside family, a growing community of like-minded individuals who all work hard to achieve the same goal.
Our Mums & Dads classes are perfect for all abilities whether you're new to CrossFit or coming to us with more experience. Our childcare support will also have a capped number of children able to attend so they can receive the same love and attention from our team of nannies.
